The Path of Hope

Project Details

Project Dandelion aims to establish Safe Sound Sleeping Places (S3Ps) and transitional shelters that symbolize hope, healing, and resilience for the homeless. The design balances organic curves and aligned spaces, representing stability, renewal, and renewal. Fluid pathways encourage seamless movement, reflecting personal growth, while strategic alignment prioritizes communal spaces inspired by a dandelion's resilience. This approach promotes variety in proximity, respecting individual needs, and fostering unity beyond visual cohesion. Project Dandelion is committed to providing immediate shelter, fostering community, and empowering homeless individuals and families on their transformative journey toward a better life. Much like dandelions dispersing, individuals will move on individually, inspired by the hope gained at 93 Jalan Dua, to find their forever homes.

Project Information

At S3Ps and Transitional Shelters, the vision is to transcend the traditional concept of nightly shelters by creating a space that offers more than just temporary refuge. The space would provide essential support, fostering empowerment, dignity, and community engagement, with the ultimate goal of breaking the cycle of homelessness. The design aims to cultivate a transformative environment where individuals and families can rebuild their lives with resilience and hope, guided by a sense of tranquility and connection to nature. The space creates a comfortable yet purposeful atmosphere that inspires a sense of calm relaxation, nurturing both body and spirit.
